At this time of year these 'after work' evening sessions can be very rewarding and using the right methods, you can put some nice fish in your net, in a relatively short space of time. In this latest video we show you one of these methods and one which is particularly effective at targeting those bigger, match winning fish. To find out exactly how we got on and perhaps find out a few tips along the way, watch this latest installment, from the waters edge. As usual we hope you enjoy it and any feedback is always much appreciated. Tight Lines From The Waters Edge TV

    • Hi Steve and Chris, once again a fun and learning video in pole fishing. One quick question : When going trough the rig Steve mentions he’s using a Guru mwg hook. Later in the video he mentions the guru QM1 hook doesn’t same to break. Since i use the same method as Steve, baitbanding almost everything, which hook would be the best?.

    • I'm carp fishing on match waters at the moment after around 5 or 6 years fishing the pole and I'm smashin the match weights. I honestly think the carp swim over the bait to feel the line so don't rule out a feeder on pressured match waters... It ain't got to be a 24 hook all the time.
